Where we deliver

We supply businesses across India from Delhi NCR — by courier for smaller orders and by road freight (part or full truck load) for bulk orders.

Freight charges

Freight is calculated by weight, volume and destination, and included in your quotation before you confirm the order.

Dispatch and delivery times

Standard stock items are dispatched within 2–4 working days of order confirmation. Custom items are dispatched on the date given in your quote.

Transit usually takes 2–7 working days, depending on the destination and the carrier.

Samples and trial batches

Samples are dispatched within 2–3 working days. Any sample or freight charges are confirmed when you request them.

Tracking

When your order ships, we send the courier or transporter name and the tracking or LR number by email or WhatsApp.

Do you offer custom sizes and branding?

Yes! We manufacture custom-moulded pulp trays, die-cut corrugated inserts, and branded sleeves. Share your product dimensions or CAD spec sheets, and our advisory team will share a custom quote.

Can I request sample kits before placing a bulk order?

Absolutely! We encourage sample testing. Use the enquiry form (choose “Sample / Trial Batch”) or send us your shipping address along with the products you’re testing (honeycomb wrap, pulp trays, or air pillows), and we’ll dispatch a sample kit.

What is your wholesale pricing and minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
